Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

Certain items are non-exchangeable, including:

1. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
2. Personalized or customized items.
3. Items damaged or altered after purchase.

Exchange Process:

2. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps, including shipping instructions and any additional information required.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Motion Origins. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Time:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly. Please allow 2-5 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
