• The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
• Personalized or customized items.
• Items damaged or altered after purchase.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

• Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Motion Origins. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly. Please allow 2-5 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
